The institute represents the interests of its members — like-minded individuals — and points out that all members are responsible for themselves (individual responsibility). All are engaged on a VOLUNTARY basis, with a focus on WORKING TOGETHER. The NON-PROFIT activities of the institute are not aimed at generating profit and serve, among other purposes, to impart new flexibility and joy of life to the institute’s members and participants in its projects. Members are obligated to promote the interests of the institute to the best of their ability and to refrain from anything that could damage the reputation and purpose of the institute. They must observe the institute’s statutes and the resolutions of its governing bodies. For all disputes arising from the institute relationship, the internal arbitration tribunal of the institute is to be called. It decides to the best of its knowledge and belief, and its decisions are final within the institute. The institute reserves the right to claim damages and/or reimbursement of expenses from a member if the member seeks another institution instead of the arbitration tribunal in case of disagreements.
